Bob Riach was elected as the Scunthorpe Round Table President for the year 2001/2012
The Scunthorpe Round Table President Night was held on Tuesday 11 October at the La Gondola Restaurant Messingham.
The event was attended by 32 members and guest who were entertained by Mark Rough who is a comedian living in Yorkshire and is also an ex Round Table member.
Bob was praised on the night for his local charity work over the years when he has helped many local charities and causes including the Lindsey Lodge Hospice, The Wish Upon a Star Foundation and recently the Jack Marshal Brain Tumour Fund.
Bob said the Round Table is a vibrant movement in more than 65 countries whose 8,000 UK members meet regularly in 600 clubs around the UK to see friends, have fun, and get involved in their local communities.
